What happens to leads when my package expires?

They are never lost. New leads are captured and safely held in a pending queue. The moment you renew, the oldest pending leads are released first, within your new package limit.

Can my salespeople see each other's leads?

No. Employees only see the leads assigned to them. Admins see everything, and you can create custom roles with exactly the permissions you want.

Which WhatsApp number is used?

Your own. You connect it by scanning a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web. Owner reports go only to the owner's number — never to every employee.
